Business Education Committee
The South Salt Lake Chamber Business Education Committee is dedicated to fostering meaningful partnerships between local businesses, city departments, and educational institutions. We believe that when businesses and city departments—such as the South Salt Lake Police and Fire—partner with schools, everyone benefits. By contributing their time, talent, and resources, these partners not only address the unique needs of students and schools but also experience the fulfillment of making a positive impact in the community.
These partnerships provide employees and city personnel with opportunities to engage meaningfully, boosting morale and strengthening community ties.
For schools, these collaborations help students understand the value of community connections while raising awareness of potential future employment opportunities within local businesses and city departments. Together, we build a stronger workforce, support career readiness, and contribute to the economic growth and vitality of South Salt Lake.
Business Education Meetings fall on the 2nd Monday of every month, noon - 1 pm.
